I feel bad for Josh pining away for Reva and ending up alone, but I really don't want to see them paired up again. I just don't feel the chemistry between them now...is it just me?

I love the relationship between Josh and Olivia these days, how they are acting like two people who were once married and have figured out how to stay friends. Along the same lines, I think it is perfectly reasonable for Josh to always keep a place in his heart for Reva, but neither of them has acted in a long time like people who are attracted to each other. There is so much chemistry between Reva and Jeffrey, actually, that it would really be jolting to have her suddenly go back to Josh. They are a couple with an incredible history, but no recent passion whatsoever IMO. However, I fear that TPTB and many many Jeva fans out there will not feel like there can be closure to GL if Josh and Reva are not together.

At various times, I have loved and hated both Josh and Reva. I have disliked how he tried to control her (he is so sanctimonious at times!), but I sympathize with him considering how much she has jerked him around and really put him through hell (not always intentionally, but she is the very definition of a drama queen). I very much appreciate the history and story of these characters, but I totally agree that they are great friends now and their romance should stay in the past. That is a sad thing to say because not even I would have foreseen GL ending with them apart, but I think it is the right thing for these characters at this time. It's just too bad that Josh has nobody right now. He has spent his life pining away for Reva and I don't think he's gotten a lot of thanks for it, but I know that's just my opinion. I've been shot down on that one before.
