That top she was wearing was very odd and inappropriate for her age and circumstances. Her hair is not doing her any favors. I was just thinking last week about how cute her hair was and then she shows up with that darker hair. I was hoping it was a wig.... Loretta

I completely agree, I think that the wardrobe department could do a lot better emphasizing the physical strengths of our beautiful actors. Everyone has something beautiful about them. Why not dress the characters to emphasize their physical strengths? I had complained about Kim's darker hair saying I liked it better before, but I noticed yesterday that I didn't really dislike it as much as I initially thought. I think it was the initial shock of seeing the change! Plus I had really liked her blonder curly hair from the previous hair style. I think one of Kim's best features are her beautiful eyes, and they haven't done anything to really emphasize them lately. I also loved that one sweater they had her in (black with Bling, remember that one, so many hated it, but I loved it!) I am sure it is hard to find clothes for these characters. I would not want that job, I can barely dress myself! One thing we can all think about is why are we always noticing Kim's clothes? I wonder. We don't focus so much on what everyone else is wearing...She has such a big personality it is hard to ignore her at any time! LOL. p.s. I had not even noticed anything and I did watch the show last night... Elizabeth

She should not be wearing tight fitting clothes. I am about her size and I wouldn't dream of wearing some of the things they put her in. Posts: 81 (07/02/08 11:54:17) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	On todays show I though Reva's hair looked great--I know she was going to the wedding and styled it as such, as we all do when we get dressed up, but I think it would look great if they did the little flip up and curl her bangs like today--I thought it was flattering. I also liked her dress, it did show cleavage, but she looked good, even if it was a bit short. I do think they should have picked better angle to film Lizzie from though, she is a small girl, but the tight jeans she had on today did not do her any favors from behind. They looked fine front on, but not from the back. Someone should have done something about it--it is hard to see yourself from that angle, so you should rely on others. GL would have a wardrode dept and people who help dress and style the actor, but it doesnt mean they always make the right choices--if they go for current trends, etc. I have watched fashion programs telling us what we should wear and look great in, but in no way would it look great on me. I think GL need Stacy London and the Clinton Kelly from What not to Wear help out the wardrobe dept. Anyway, we all have good and bad days with hair and dress, I am sure we have times we think we look great and we dont and vice versa. Hoverver, for the most part everyone usually looks great to me!! TV makes people look much heavier and for the most part, I think their wardrobe is ok.

I've got great legs and cleavage,I'm 74 . I flaunt it. Now my hair is another story.It was great at one time too,But stuff happens,the thyoid got it.But I have it styled similar to Emily's on ATWT,It's a good style for thin hair. I think KZ looks great,no matter what she wears,altho I do prefer her hair (as all mature women) shorter. I also thought Lizzie's backside looked fine.I think a broader behind looks better than a skinny one. And the tv camera DOES make one look heavier.Did ya'll see my pic with Jeannie Cooper? I am NOT that fat!

I think that because she is so vivacious the wardrobe department dress her to that style. I don't have Kim's cleavage nor do I have Crystal's but I am 41 and what God and my genes gave my I flaunt with padded and push ups. Frances I agree if ya got it flaunt it and if ya don't decorate it! I love to decorate! You're just jealous because the voices only talk to me They call it PMS because Mad Cow Disease was already taken. I smile because I don't know what the hell is going on

Do what makes you happy, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else. I think most of the clothing Kim Zimmer wears looks pretty darn good on her. I love the dress she wore to the wedding. I would never wear a dress with such a low back, but she looks fine it something like that. She's got the pizzazz to her style. As for the camera adding pounds, does anyone remember Hogan Sheffer, one of daytimes most notable (and hefty) writers? Several years ago, when he went on stage to accept an award, he made the remark: We all know the camera adds 200 pounds." I got such a kick out that!
