To quote...
First you highlight what you want to quote with your mouse, then click your right mouse button and chose "copy".
Then click on the "add reply" button to add your post. That will open up your posting window. There are buttons to the left of the text box. One of them is quote. Click on that. A little window will come up to put what you want to quote in. Right click your mouse over that little window and chose "paste". Once your quote stuff is in the window click okay or whatever it says to enter it.

My quote button does not work for some reason, so I have to do the quote a different way. Anyone can do it this way too, but if your quote button works you won't need to. Anyway here is the other way...
I type [ quote ]what I copied & pasted with my mouse buttons[ /quote ]
There are no spaces between any of this. I have to put spaces in so you can see it. For instace I copied and pasted a little piece of your post to quote here.

I hope that makes sense. I noticed one post where you tried to quote. I will go to it and edit it. You can then click on edit yourself to see what I did to change it.
