NONE of these people are going to last any more than a couple of monthes. Maybe, just maybe Lizzie and Bill just because they are younger and have years to stay together and break up. . . but the rest are a joke!

I would like to see that, personally. You need a super couple or two for continuity, I think. Reva and Jeffrey have some potential, but since Reva is already in the Reva/Josh super couple (you know there will be another round of them together eventually), I don't know if she can qualify with Jeffrey. I really like her and Jeffrey together and I think that they are more compatible at this point than her and Josh. Although they are off screen now, I think the other true super couple on GL is Danny and Michelle. There is no way they are ever going their separate ways for good...

I think if Lizzie would have played her cards straight, her and Jon could have been a hot couple. She would have grown on him and eventually loved her. Guy (Laughter IS the best medicine!)

But if I had to say, it would be Bill and Lizze. Their relationship started out with just enough friction and they have the most time for personal growth...which we all know just means their storylines haven't been exhausted. Although the actors that play Harley and Cyrus do have chemistry, any potential for them as a viable couple went out the door when he started dating her niece. Coop and Ashley are cute but really just filler for now. Doris and Buzz could have potential. Lastly, Reva has already been paired in a super couple with Josh. Although I have seen it happen on other soaps, it usually does not stick when individuals from a super couple are paired with other partners. So far, for me, Danny and Michelle have been the most impressive and fun to watch supercouple. As much as I would LOVE to see them onscreen again, I hope they STAY AWAY FROM GL where they are safe and happy together. Every time this show brings back a couple they usually split and never really get back together...look at Beth and Phillip or Harley and Mallet.

ITA! Manny was what got me watching religiously and also is what got me on the boards in the first place! (With Joie Letz.) They were a supercouple! I think that Rassie were close, also. I would love to see it but I agree, the writers almost never allow any couples to be together for any length of time. Elizabeth

Two very gifted actors, exuding chemistry together, and interesting characters that understand each other so well. I love how they support each other, and challenge each other and have fun together, and care for each other. I just wish we could get a frontburner story for them.

I don't think there are any super couples anymore either. The writers will not let there be. For me a super couple fights battles together. They do break up, but that shouldn't be the whole premise. Break up, get back together, break up...there should be other storylines that involve them. GL doesn't have any storylines IMO. Gus and Harley were a super couple to me, but they have totally ruined Harley, so I don't think GL really has a supercouple other than Josh and Reva and they are over for me as well. The last super couples I remember would have to be Luke and Laura Felicia and Frisco GH Niki and Victor Y&R Tad and Dixie AMC Vicki and Clint OLTL Raven and Skyler Edge of Night Reva and Josh GL So as ya all can see I am pretty dated Proud to be one of Guys Gals Guiding Light Central
