Set up! It would be great if Cyrus is the murderer instead of someone that I like.

He's a murderer, himself, which makes him being a cop as stupid as if Rafe became one. But, he's going after Reva with such a vengeance. He's so gung-ho that the murderer has to be Reva that he isn't looking anywhere else. Just in case.
