Alan and the wire transfer |
Lead | |

Why is Alan stopping the wire transfer? Doesn't he care that James knows that his grandpa is selling him down the river? That Lizzie will find out that
Grandpa is the reason they are all in jail?

I want to know how he found out and how he legally did it since he isnt Phillip.

Does Phillip have access to money of his own through Spaulding? I can't figure out that company. Aren't Bill and the Spauldings partners anyway?
Wouldn't this Ponzzi thing bring down Spaulding too then? What a mess. Alan will find a way to clear the Spauldings though. He always does.

Alan is making me sick the way he manipulates his family and people. When he made the comment to Phillip that jail time may do James some good, I yelled at the
TV, it would do you a world of good!!!

Alan needs a pipe against his own head - AND Many years in prison. Actually, the best punishment for Alan would be for his family to completely walk out on him
for good and for him to spend the rest of his miserable existence alone. However, James needs to learn from his mistakes and crimes. Philip planing on taking
the fall is NOT going to set James right as was proven when James was on the phone scamming someone else. No parent wants to see their kid behind bars but
better to put them there NOW and show them there are actual consequences for their actions than for them to get into bigger trouble down the road and possibly
face life in prison or even the death penalty later on in life.

I could not believe James was on the phone doing it again. What a spoiled brat. I worked with a woman who continually got her son out of jam. She would pay
his speeding tickets, set him up in apartments and pay the rent, buy him clothes and whatever else she could do to make his life easier. Of course he repeated
the same stupid things over and over. I often wonder what ever happened to that kid.

Of course James did it again, ever hear of acting out? And Philip should punch Alan in the face again but he wont. I adore Ron, but I would like to give Daisy
another gun and point her towards Alan. I took my mom to meet Ron at a concert and she summed it up well. "I love your night job, but I hate you at your
day job!"

what name did he use for his new ponzi scam? Alan Spaulding! It would be the best, if James brought grandpa into it.Saying he stopped the money because\ he
didn't want Philip to return it! It was all his idea.He taught him how to do it.He is just a kid,he didn't understand it was illegal. play dumb.
Grandpa thinks jail will do you good, bring him along as a room mate.
I don't understand how Alan got all the power back? I thought Lizzie and Bill ran the company? I really cannot stand Alan and I have had enough of his love of family. If I was a spaulding I would say hate me PLEASE! |

All the Spauldings hate Alan, yet they have no qualms about living in that big ole house and spending the Spaulding money. If they hate him so much, why
don't they all make it on their own? None of them seem to have real jobs anymore. They just spend the money. Come to think of it, that sounds like
regular CEO's! That's why we are in a recession!

"He is just a kid,he didn't understand it was illegal. play dumb."
That still wouldn't be teaching James anything. He DID know what he was doing and he DID know it was illegal. He just didn't care because he was getting away with it. Phillip and Beth need to hire an HONEST lawyer (Mel or Jeffrey) and then present that actual truth to the DA. The more honest and up front James is the more the court MAY look on it as him being ready to accept the consequences which shows a streak of maturity. Of course, that doesn't mean he won't spend time in jail and/or probation but that's what James deserves for his crime. |

I have to admit in the remaining time the soap has Id rather see James in jaiil than Phillip.

Better yet send James to jail, then have Phillip file chares against Alan for illegally stopping the wire transfer and we can put James and Grandpa, who seem
to hate each other, in the same cell.

LOL. Plus we all know that sending Alan to jail is the worst thing to do to him since he has such terrible claustrophobia!

I HATE this story. The show was getting so good and now it's the same old stuff again. Alan acting like a total (fill in the blank) and trying to control
everyone in the family. James is acting like a true Spaulding and not giving a thought to all the people that he's hurt. Right now, if there was an
accident where James and Alan both die, it wouldn't bother me at all.
