We had a pretty good day! My In-laws are here, so we went to lunch at their house. We had leftovers from yesterday's party - Yesterday I threw a party for
my MILs birthday and we had some food left over. I had cooked a pot roast in the crock pot (I had to get up at 2:00 a.m. to start it!) and everyone brought
sides. Fun!

Then we took Jack to Kiddie Acres amusement park for toddlers. (Very small little rides for babies.) He had a great time! He rode a pony and some little kiddie rides. Not many children were there today. I suppose most "moms" don't take their kids to amusement parks on Mother's day.
After that, we went to the Oasis restaurant on Lake Travis for dinner to watch the Sunset. Nice! Our table was directly under this "diving lady." LOL.
JD bought me a necklace from Brighton. Here is what it looks like:
Nice! Brighton is great because you can leave a "wish list" on file and so you are always sure to get what you want! The necklace is beautiful
because it sparkles! The jewel is large (as a quarter.)
