Ohhh...not another cousin romance. I can see Dinah and Philip teaming up together, but hopefully nothing romantic. I too hope that they forgive her. To me, she
is a real person. She loves, hates, guilts, helps and is actually a very loyal person. She was just hurting when she went along with Grady, but it really
wasn't her idea and she did help Lizzie in the end.

I'm glad she came clean. Hopefully she can start over and have a relationship with Shayne and then segue into a relationship with Mallet again with Shayne
and Marina getting back together.

ITA with Dannywatcher. Bill really did treat her terribly for awhile, and not that it is an excuse for what she did, but I would like to see him acknowledge
that he hurt her and not simply point the finger at her.

should have been hert, kidnapped, framed, etc...yet i hope he learns to treat his sister differently, dinah deserves forgiveness..i guess because she is so
human, that is also why i like her.

No way would they get together (Phillip and Dinah.) They have known each other since they were children. JMO.
I was so sad for Dinah. I never thought her heart was in the kidnapping and she actually tried to get out of it several times. Oh, how I wish she would have turned him in at the beginning! Ugh!!! I am glad she has Shayne. I love Dinah because she is so imperfect. Everyone makes mistakes (of course, hers are doozies!!!) So why did she confess? Phillip already said he wasn't going to tell anyone. Was she worried he would blackmail her? Was it the guilt? I agree, I hope that some day Bill realizes how badly he treated her and forgives her for what she did. I doubt Lizzie will ever be able to. Elizabeth

It must be Gina Tognoni, but I do see Dinah's vulnerable side, so often, these days. She's always tried to be
tough, but she seems so lost since she and Mallet broke up. I'm not sure if I'd rather see her back with him, or with Shane, but I do wish she could
find some happiness.

I have never been a fan of Dinah, the deliberate murderer who accidentally missed her truly intended victim (Cassie) but killed someone else (Hart Jessup) anyway. She is an agent of chaos and an agent of unintended malice. For all that, Dinah has also been dealt very unfair blows in life. I really love her agony now that she has finally stood up and admitted to every one what evil actions she recently took - this was something that Dinah of old never did! So, while I always thought that there was much in Dinah that one can feel compassion for, I never ever liked who she was. Now, it is beginning to look different. And GT does make Dinah's vulnerability and pathos very visible. Now, this is a Dinah whom I can actually grow to like at last! She's always tried to be tough, but she seems so lost since she and Mallet broke up.Yes, indeed. Dramatically, I would much prefer getting Mallet and Dinah back together. I want Mallet and Marina to split - I just cannot stand this Marina! I want this Marina to be re-written as an actually intelligent woman who will not simply say "Oh, OK! You were a hit man before? No problem, as long as you tell me about it!" "Oh, OK! You just got a baby for me from Bosnia, using your ex-wife to pose as me? No problem!" Mallet seems to bring out the stupidity factor big time in Marina. I want her away from him. I have not liked even a little of what I have seen in Dinah when she is with Shayne. I want Shayne to develop as a character away from all the chaos that Dinah appears to bring to his life. At present, he is just as stupid as Marina. Dinah keeps him convinced that he is responsible for Lara's death simply because he was clearing mines while Lara got blown up. And this Shayne is so dumb that he goes, "Oh. OK! You kidnapped Lizzie because your brother would not pay you the attention that you wanted from him? You had your brother be framed or allowed to be framed, knowingly? No problem! You are a fine human being!" How I wish that the old Marina was around to make sure that Shayne had at least half the intelligence of a golf ball! And, I want the Dinah who was with Mallet back ... I cannot stand any other Dinah she has been in all her times in Springfield, but this present Dinah who agonizes over what she did to her own brother is at least a beginning.

Dinah used to be very sweet in the beginning, so I am glad they are showing today's Dinah to have more of a heart. I did not like WM's Dinah at all. To
me, she was two one dimensional. GT's version has so much more depth.
I am puzzled that Dinah did not want to kill Phillip when he came back. He was the direct cause of Ross' death. Blake showed anger and Rick has seemed distressed by it, but not Dinah? Dinah worshiped her father. I cannot believe she would be hugging Phillip and acting like everything is fine with them. I don't think Dinah should have kidnapped Lizzie, but Bill did treat her poorly and he was being a horse's butt, so he deserved for his behavior to be called out.

You have a good point Shelly. Dinah should have said something to Phillip about that. But I guess she was so wrapped up in her guilt over Lizzie she didn't
care.
I love Shayne, (to respectfully disagree with Miss Malar!) I love that low voice of his (to compliment the actor.) The character is very flawed, but I like the way Flawed Shayne and Flawed Dinah have seemed to find each other...boy are they both F-ed up! LOL. Elizabeth |

I too love both Shayne and Dinah...I think he is a good match for Josh and Reva. I'm biased though b/c I loved Jeff from AMC...
 ... lol!! I am enjoying Gina as Dinah I think she is making her a character that
is a sort of an underdog you can't help rooting for ... jmo respectfully of course.

I didn't like the character thsi actor played on AMC, but I think he is one fabulous Shayne. The character is very flawed,Absolutely, but in a very endearing way. but I like the way Flawed Shayne and Flawed Dinah have seemed to find each other...Here we part company, totally. boy are they both F-ed up! LOL.Agreed.

Whats the big deal ? No one on this show pays for their sins.
I shut off GH for the same reason. The evil ruled, and no one ever payed. The mobsters were the heros. Bill was mean to Dinah, poor baby that gave her the right to terrorize Lizzie.Tie her up,put her in a cellar,and drive her crazy. Dinah got even with Bill,By kidnapping Lizzie? yea makes sense to me Not!!!!!. Bill almost died, Lizzie was dragged around ,then she has never had anyone to trust. Alan the grandfather from hell he never payed and the writers have Lizzie with a memory loss. The writers make me ill. They think the fans are all sitting home watching this without a memory. Dinah needs to pay, Alan needs to be in the cell next to her. I think Phillip was nuts when he kidnapped the kids, maybe he will go to jail. The writers need to decide whos bad, so they can be sent off to jail.This all the characters break the law,but not pay. Dinah will not pay, no one does .

She should have been charged with destruction of police property at least! Remember they set that 'cement' building on fire that burned up the
evidence? I guess they want to have crimes committed on these soaps, yet they don't want their key players to go off to prison. Except of course Harley
went to prison and they made that a story line.
