She was fearful of Grady turning her in when they caught him at the warehouse. So she "imagined" how it might have gone.
BUT!!!! Did you all see how comical, laughable the scene was where Bill was punching Grady in the stomach and lifting him 3 ft in the air with every punch.
Also, when Bill did catch up to Grady and knocked him out, he should have pulled off his mask, tied him up and then went for Lizzie. Then, when he went into the warehouse he was shouting Lizzie's name, ran up to the second level, and then was ready to walk out when Lizzie finally came out from hiding. He only shouted her name, what a dozen times???
