I love the concept of this story. I also think it's a bold, daring chance, that features the show's mature characters/couple. So much of the show is focused on the younger crowd, I'm glad they came up with a story that features the mature characters in a frontburner story. I'm looking forward to seeing Kim portray a real life story as this, of a woman's emotional and physical challenge to bear a child later in life. It's totally believeable to me that Reva could conceive. It was never made clear that Reva was through menopause and it's been established that woman can conceive during menopause, and while I know chemo is supposed to greatly diminsh the chances of fertility, it still is not impossible.

This is certainly more believeable than Reva walking through paintings, and Josh cloning Reva.

I'm also looking forward to see Bradley portray Jeffrey's shock and wave of emotions at getting this chance to be a father again, from the very beginning this time. He's been shown feeling very lost lately, with losing his grandchild and Ava's mental health that took her away from him and also frustration at not being able to get justice for Tammy.

I think, or I know, he'll be shocked and floored, and scared, but, as the fall spoilers indicate, he'll be there every step of the way for Reva, and hopefully will show him getting excited, thinking this is his second chance at getting to be a father again. I think this could be a great story, giving Kim and Bradley a story, that is finally about Reva and Jeffrey as a couple, and all the emotions the would be experiencing going through a story like this.
