MEERKAT MANOR movie on Animal Planet Sunday May 25 at 8pm e/t, 7pm c/t. The movie will chronicle the Whiskers family's leader Flower's life from her
birth in 2000 to her death in 2007.

After the snake bite - Flower did not die right then, she lingered for awhile, the other Whiskers went out to get food-
while they were gone - Flower passed away and the researchers took her body away, so the family doesn't know she died, just that she is not there anymore
and her mate Zaphod wasn't roving for female meerkats he has been searching for Flower.

There is good word about the Meerkat Manor movie that will be shown on Animal Planet 5/25 - those who have seen it
love it and say have the kleenex ready and the photography is amazing .

I'm not sure what's in the movie, but it is suppose to begin with
Flower's birth during a sandstorm, Flower's mother name was Holly, lot of viewers are hoping we get to see Flower as a pup - guess we have to wait and
see.

The MM movie will be shown again on AP 5/30 and also there will be a special
about the researchers who have been researching meerkats since 1993.

I thought the movie was very cute and well done. Sad how nature is so cruel at times though. I also enjoyed the Making of. It was interesting to find out
how it is done.

Liked the MM movie, but thought there were way too many commercial breaks -
would have like to have seen the whole movie without the interruptions - liked seeing Flower as a pup growing up and into a leader - also like the hint at the
end that there may be a Shakespeare movie.

I have it on my DVR but have not watched it, yet. I am throwing a baby shower for my girlfriend on Sat. ...so after that! At least I will not have to watch the

After watching Science of Meerkats about the meerkat researchers - I know a lot
of women thinking AP should give Tim Flower his own show.

I loved that Science show. Amazing how those meerkats are so involved with them, yet remain wild. It must be so hard to stand aside and not do anything when
they are suffering or attacked. All those people seemed so loving and caring. What a wonderful job to have if you love animals. Those pups are just the
cutest things.
