I said "Not Long Enough to tell" because that is what I think - and have no prejudices (either for or against) about the recast issue ...

I also said not long enough. I'll give her some more time, the only thing I have noticed so far is she seems "softer" than MB. Not saying
that's good or bad, just an observation. Hence, why I am giving it more time.

I haven't gotten to sit and watch her since she's been on. I have read recaps of late and saw a still photo of her that Dazie had on that particular
recap. I thought that section would be about Meg, since that was her picture. When it was about Lily and Holden, I went back up and sure enough it was nuLily.
I have no prejudices about a recast, it will be different for me, that's for sure. Lily (MB) and I started out on the show at the same age, so I'm
going to try hard to give the girl a fair chance. I'm glad that MB had the guts to do what was best for her and not make a huge scene like so many do.
She's really classy, IMO. I was just wondering what you guys who had watched her thought. Tomorrow is my day off so hopefully I'll get to catch up live
and see for myself. Thanks for the opinions!

I'm kinda liking her. She's definitely not MB, but she's doing good. She's softer than MB to me and isn't commanding, but she's good. I
like her with MW/Carly.

I'm curious as to who voted that she sucks! I caught up and while I haven't gotten used to her being Lily, the actress is pretty good. I'm not sure
I'll ever feel her as *Lily*, as I never felt GM as *Dusty*, I think she'll do great and will be an asset.

Hi!
I read this board a lot and have posted in the past, but not for a long time. I will admit that I voted " she sucks" but not so much because she sucks as an actress, but she just rubs me the wrong way for some reason in this role. I couldnt vote "shes good but she will never be Lily" because I do not think she is good in this role--not a good fit. I am actually rooting for Carly and Holden( even though I know that Lily and Holden belong together), because I am not being convinced that Lily and Holden should stay together---no real chemistry there for me. I am not sure I like her interpretation of Lily. |
