I won't say anything cause I don't wanna ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen today's show but is she insane? I think she's gone a little
too far.....and in the real life I don't think it can be done that quickly - can it?

I actually missed that part today. I'll have to go back and look at the show again. I did hear something about it in a spoiler and I don't put it past
Ava. Did she have it done already?

A "typical" pregnancy is 40 weeks. So about 9.5 calendar months. If a baby is 2 weeks late, that would be 10 calendar months. How long was Beth pregnant before she gave birth to a 3 month old? Ava is going the way of Annie Dutton. I think we have our new sneaky female villian.

I was going to mention the invitro (sp) I'm sure some of you could write a better script for that sl.
I don't know a lot about it,but I do't think you make an appointment,go in and have it done.It takes some preperation,I'm sure. |

Invitro takes quite some time...the patient has weeks of nightly fertility shots to stimulate egg production. Once 6-8 eggs are present, they are harvested
and fertilized in a petri dish. Some of the fertilized eggs (usually about half) are then released in utero and the patient is on 3 days bed rest to encourage
implantation. Most of the time implantation does NOT occur on the first attempt...which is why only half of the fertilized eggs are used. This gives them
another attempt without starting over. My aunt went through this process 3 times and was never able to conceive. It cost her 20K each time she tried. Ava
must have made a LOT of money at Spaulding. Although I like Bill (w/ Lizzie), I don't think he's worth THAT much money. The casual sex must have
rocked/addled her brain!

Evidentally the writers did not do their homework (again).........I am thinking they are going to get alotta bashing and nasty letters from people who have
gone thru this process and spent thousands of dollars and are now being subjected to having to watch this ridiculous storyline and be expected to believe it.
There are limits as to how off-base any soap opera fan should be expected to accept - this, I would have to say, is way beyond that limit. It's a total
insult to the medical field, actually.

Ok, I know that we're trying no to be so negative around here ... but I just gotta say that it is stupid blunders like these on the part of the GL writers
that make me want to throw something at my tv!
This sl is totally ridiculous. Just stop by the clinic on your way to the nail salon and have a quicky invitro done. This is actually insulting to all the couples out there that have struggled with infertility and have gone through rounds of invitro and have had to take out second mortgages to pay for those procedures and STILL don't have babies. 
I'm ill. 
Even the small things like the GL writers inconsistency on behavior drive me nuts ... Example: 2 months ago Dinah and Marina formed a sort of friendship over the Harley/Cyrus thing and Marina agreed to help Dinah with Mallet. M & D were shown meeting for coffee & even hugging ... now we have Marina and Dinah snipping at each other over Mallet again. Are they friends or not? It is so annoying! However, these 'little things' don't compare to full-scale insults to our intelligence like the current Ava sl. JMHO |

Eliza I am sure is pulling her hair out! She went though invitro, and from her posts it was no one day in and BANG 1 week preggers. From everything Eliza
wrote it took some time, and it was not fun ACK all those shots!
Anyhow it is silly to think along those lines Not only is Ava Annieish I also think she resembles CW the eye's and cheek's Ava is soooooo Annie

Correction ... I just watched Friday's epi ... Ava was inseminated - she didn't do invitro ... so not as much $ and not as in-depth and scientific a
procedure, but still ...

AI is not nearly as big a deal as IVF. Heck they do it with cows all the time. LOL
I still think there would be counseling, but maybe they did that and they kind of skipped over that. This storyline is just one of many that I feel they are rushing. It is probably due to MRS's pregnancy IRL; however, they could have hidden her behind big purses or something. I didn't want them to write it in at all.

I'M PREGNANT WHEN SUPPOSE 7 MORE MONTHS HAS PASSED AND NO BABY, THEN 2 MONTHS LATER SHE OR ANY ONE HAS IT, IS IT SUPPOSE TO BE A ALMOST CARRY A BABY 10
MONTHS???? EDITED TO ADD JUST HOW DID AVA FIND A MATCH TO BILL? WELL THE POWERS THINK WE ARE VERY STUPID OR CANT THINK FOR OUR SELVES,
