Juli,e I was wondering the same thing. I am very disappointed that they may kill off Phillp before the shows ends. What a crummything to do to the fans!

Then again, would Grant Alexander have only agreed to come back on the condition that they *would* end Phillip once and for all? I wonder if maybe this could have been his request. Anyone hear anything?

Agreed! I can't believe that they would kill him off! That would be robbing us of our memories. I pray they don't do it!

Well - I'm gonna wait to see waht Ed has to say yet - Phillip got up and took off outta there so fast that Ed didn't get to finish what he was trying to tell Philllip. I am hoping that whatever it is - there will be a transplant or an experiemental drug or something that will save his life. He just came back, for heavens' sakes!!! I'm sick to death of death and bad news.......can't we have some fun stuff to end the show with, if it HAS to end!!!

If we are talking tornados,lets have it hit P&G, EW and the rest of TPTB. I also am really angry about Philip being the one who will die.They have had nothing but happy fans since his return.What do they do? make the fans unhappy AGAIN.
I am so sick about this, I don't even want to watch the final! Do they really think this is what the fans want?

Although them killing (or even "killing") Phillip off for good would not surprise me in the least, I'm still expecting the typical soap world ending to his "terminal" illness. That somewhere soon along the line there will be a new treatment that will save him.

OMG is my sister mad! I think she may fly to NY and hurt someone if they off Phillip. She says they shouldnt mess with a romantic lead of 20+ years to a bunch of 50+ menopausal womenI'm getting a bigger kick out of her than I am dissappointed with the storyline even though it is stupid to kill off a character if your gonna end a show.....It really makes me wonder

I'm kicking and screaming with this one too... I want some Beth/Philip love scenes and they are one of the couples I'd like to see ride off into the sunset. I'd like a Vanilly wedding too... oh and Josh and... well never mind ...

Actually I'd love to see the show continue that way Philip doesn't have to die b/c you know how it goes in soaps...terminal illness... put a band aid on it...

Yeah, this is really crappy. We begged the show for years to bring back Phillip, then they do and now this. Wouldn't it be great though if James actually did something to save his dad? That would be an awesome way to end things.

Ok how many people think this is just wrong that Phillip came back to die? My sister is so angry she is already writing a letter to the show! WE get it the show is over, why kill a major character? Actually if they wanna do it good and really torc us, just have the entire town at Bill and Lizzie's reception and have the hall blow up!
