			<description><![CDATA[ Pepper, you may know already, but some foods have hidden meat. Marshmallows,gelatin, and especially cheese is a big problem, and some chocolate I have found
out. I have been a veg. since 1980, There is a great Vegetarian mag. that breaks down the different cat. We have eaten Boca Vegan Burgers here that have a
grilled flavor that we like and my daughter eats Smart Dogs ( all soy). Mostly we eat vegetable salad three times a week, our favorite meal but have been

Thanks for the link! She&#39;s a pesco-vegetarian, (pescotarian as she calls herself) who is transitioning to become a vegan. We just left Earth Fare and
picked up tofu flavored to taste like chicken nuggets. She&#39;s munching on them and mixed greens and very much a happy camper.

			<description><![CDATA[ I have a new vegan want-to-be in my house. My 14-year-old decided two months ago to give up meat. And she&#39;s not that fond of most veggies. She&#39;ll do
beans, rice, sometimes squash, mixed greens, corn, zucchini, green beans, eggplant -- hates tomatoes. She will eat sushi and fish. Anybody have any good snacks
or vegan recipes. Just looking at tofu, turns my stomach, but have in the past few weeks began to add that to her diet and she enjoys it. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Zaru soba noodles (Japanese buckwheat noodles that contain some yam also in them), boiled, drained, rinsed and stir-fried with diced red onion, julienned red
bell pepper, finely chopped jalapeno (home grown!), garlic, ginger and pan-fried cubes of firm tofu (on a cast iron griddle), all dressed with a tahini/chili
sauce that I pulled together.

It was yummy and very comforting to our souls.

			<description><![CDATA[ Our tomatoes are just getting ripe so we have a fresh vegetable salad three times a week with lettuce and herbs from the garden also and then store bought
broc. and cauliflower, mushrooms, carrots, etc. It is my youngest child&#39;s favorite meal as we don&#39;t eat meat. We also have a large fruit salad at least
once a week. We had my three month old grandson, John Edward, for the weekend so there were plenty of bottles being warmed up. Would be interested in favorite

bought a bread knife there one time that gets used everyday for the last dozen or more years with no need to sharpen! Pickles at state fairs are always the

			<description><![CDATA[ That does sound good....made my mouth water just looking at that photo! My mom used to pickle them, but I&#39;m not sure where she got the beets...I was pretty
little and didn&#39;t pay attention. My m-i-l gets them at the State Fair in September and we always have them at Christmas time. I once told her she could
just buy me a jar of them for my gift (she never knows what to get me she says) but she just laughed and hasn&#39;t. I wasn&#39;t even joking!
