        <![CDATA[ Has anyone else had a problem with them?  I was so mad today.  Yesterday, there was a notice on my door that they made a 1st delivery attempt and would be back
on Friday between 10 and 2.  I could sign the slip and have them leave it at the door, but since it was a rather expensive item, decided to wait since I live
in a condo.  I saw a UPS truck drive past my building this morning.  Around 1:30, I see a truck stop in front of my building.  I wait and wait for a knock on

			<description><![CDATA[ I used to prefer having packages delivered by UPS over the post office, but now, I&#39;m not so sure. Neither is reliable. UPS used to just dropped it off at
the door, which is okay with me. I&#39;m still wondering where my June Southern Living is. I&#39;m sure that we&#39;ve had a substitute mailman and it&#39;s

			<description><![CDATA[ Our USPS carrier is pretty good. I rarely get anyone else&#39;s mail and my packages are delivered to my dad&#39;s house, so as long as he is home I get them.
There have been a couple of times when there was a sub and they put my mail in my brother&#39;s box and vice versa. Our mailboxes are right next to each other,
so that is somewhat understandable. ]]></description>

each postal facility that it goes to.  Once of the first machines reads the address, then sprays a bar code on it.  It goes to the next where it sorted by zip,

			<description><![CDATA[ With hubby working for HP now and officing at home (though he is traveling most of the time), they regularly send him stuff FedEx and I get lots of deliveries
from UPS. I have made an effort to get to know them and they have been great. I feel for you living in a condo because you are at their mercy unless the office
is willing to accept boxes and most don&#39;t even do that for you. The FedEx guy is especially nice as he always knocks at least twice.

			<description><![CDATA[ I also live in the sticks and we used to have a UPS guy named Frank. He was great. He would leave our packages out of sight, but where we would find them.

Now they leave packages outside my basement door which is okay if it is not supposed to rain. Packages left there are out of sight unless someone pulls into my
driveway. I prefer things to be sent by regular mail. They will deliver my packages to my dad&#39;s house. Most of the time if I get a package at the house, my

sweatshirt the had a tag on it that said $.99. It rang up $3. The cashier said it was $3 even though the tag said $.99. I told her to keep it. If the line had
